Dedicated message board for ban appeals

Well, the title says it all, but...

Players have asked me in the past where their banned friends should appeal in the hopes of getting their ban lifted. It occurred to me that there's no dedicated message board for this purpose; I really believe there should be, firstly to ensure that only staff are able to view and reply to appeals, and secondly to keep them out of inappropriate sections of the forums.

Further to this, can I suggest that this section only allow staff to post thread responses? I don't feel it's necessary that players give their opinion on ban appeals; it only serves to clutter the threads, in my opinion.
